For credit card processing we cooperate with the Wirecard AG as a reliable partner. Our top priority is the safety of your data and of your payment. Aquatuning as a partner of the Sparkasse'' Online bank utilizes the most modern safety tools and encryption methods. We therefore offer you maximum protection from any fraud. Therefore the payment via credit card Online is statistically more safe than a credit card purchase via telephone or fay or even in a store.
Please note the following:
- When you wish to pay via credit card please select only items which are in stock Partial delivery is not possible
- If an item cannot be restocked and shipped wit may be removed from the order. The amount paid for these products will be credited to your account via transfer after approx. 14 days. The customer must provide us with his current bank account data, in case of international transfers with his IBAN and BIC as well. Refund is only possible for customers with a bank account within the EU.
- It is not possible to add further items to orders paif by credit card. To order further items a new order must be made which we may be able to ship together with the previous order.
- Pick-up orders can only be paid via credit card when the order was issued via the webshop and paid by credit card in advance. Payment by credit card is not possible at our office.
- Euro (€) is the only currency accepted.
- For safety reasons we reserve the right to not ship suspicious orders.
- The use of existing credit (e.g. from a returned item) is not possible, The full billed amount must be paid via credit card
- Processing of credit card payment is done via Wirecard AG, the contract and Aquatuning as contract partner remain untouched thereby, no additional cost will be charged.
The ordering process:
Please choose ''credit card'' as your desired method of payment when ordering. At the end of the ordering process you will be directed to our partner, the Sparkasse Online bank. Please enter the data of your credit card into a separate window there and confirm the billed amount. Should for e.g. technical reasons the contact to the Sparkasse Online bank fail it is no problem. The order is still saved in the system. Simply contact our support via telephone or Email and we can generate a new payment request and send you the link via Email. This will open an window which will allow re-entry of your credit card data and will process your payment.
